The Wolf Conservation Center (WCC) in South Salem, NY promotes wolf conservation by teaching about wolves, their relationship to the environment and the human role in protecting their future.

 “As a participant in the Species Survival Plans for the critically endangered red wolf and Mexican gray wolf, we are lucky to host breeding pairs here at our facility from time to time. We always provide man made dens for all of our breeding wolves to use, but often the expectant parents prefer building their own.”
